Alliance Commends Congressman Dingell for Work On PBR

The Alliance of Specialty Medicine commended Congressman John Dingell for his leadership on the Patient Bill of Rights. After a recent Supreme Court decision ruled many state PBR statutes are preempted by ERISA, Congressman Dingell introduced HR 4628, aimed at providing a federal causing of action of patients injured by managed care companies.
