The Alliance today sent a letter of support to Congressman Phil Gingery, MD for legislation he introduced to reform the medical liability system. The Help Efficient, Accessible, Low-cost, Timely Healthcare (HEALTH) Act will introduce a number of medical liability reforms including caps on noneconomic damages.
