Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement
and Modernization Act of 2003
The Alliance of Specialty
Medicine supported the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and
Modernization Act of 2003 and applauds Congress for providing a
much needed prescription drug benefit to seniors and disabled Americans.
However, the Alliance anticipates several technical and policy corrections
and amendments will be proposed and made over the next several years.
The Alliance will be following these events closely and will evaluate
each on an individual basis.
